Pass It On

As parents, we know how much there is to keep up with in the great privilege and joy of growing a family. And we know that seasons and needs change. When you’re finished using your Talli device, you can pass it along to a friend or family member to give your Talli tracker a second life.

If you'd like to pass your Talli device on to a friend or family member you'll need to remove the device from your account.

Removing a device from your app account:

1. In the app go to More > Devices

2. Tap on the device

3. Tap "remove this device"

4. The device has now been reset and is ready to be connected to a new account.

Note: If you deleted your account prior to unpairing the device, we can still help! Email support@talli.me for assistance.
